Lamar Chase is an American guitarist/singer. He played with John Lee Hooker, JJ Malone, Lowell Folson, participated in concerts with Tower of Power, Sly and Family Stone and Santana. The Lamar Chase Band takes you on a musical journey filled with blues, rock and funk.
Lamar “King Bee” Chase was born in California. He started playing guitar when he was 14. He’s played with John Lee Hooker, JJ Malone, Lowell Folson, Tower of Power, Sly and the Family Stone, Santana, Pointer Sisters, traveling the US till 1989. Afterwards he’s moved to Amsterdam and he’s now playing with the trio rock blues Mamas Bad Boys.
